Mannsdale UPPER Elementary Registration

Registration Information for 2025-2026 School Year
A child must live in the Mannsdale Attendance Zone in order to attend Mannsdale Upper Elementary.  This includes but is not limited to:  Red Oak Plantation, Hatheway Lake, Providence, Devlin Springs, Johnstone, Livingston, Ashbrooke, Hartfield, Grayhawk, Stillhouse Creek, Wellington and portions of Lake Caroline.  If you are unsure of the attendance zone in which you live, please call our front office or access the Madison County Schools homepage.
 
What to bring:
  1. Mortgage or lease information:
    • Mortgage document, filed homestead exemption, or property deed.
    • A home lease- all leases must be current, showing a lease ending date, signed by the owner and the tenant, and the name of every occupant must be listed on the lease.  Tenants must also be able to provide the property deed from the homeowner, or if in the event of a property management company, a contract between the homeowner and property management company.
    • An apartment lease- all leases must be current, showing a lease ending date, signed by the owner and the tenant, and the name of every occupant must be on the lease
  2. One (1) current utility bills (electric, water, gas, land phone). Bills addressed to a PO Box will not be accepted. Cell phone bills will not be accepted;
  3. Certified birth certificate (no copies)
  4. Social security card (no copies)
  5. Certificate of health compliance (immunization form 121 - Must be completed by August 7th, 2015) issued by the Mississippi Department of Health or a local physician.

What to Bring:

  6. Address of previous school attended; 
  7. Withdrawal information from the previous school attended;
  8. A copy of last report card;
  9. A completed registration packet from below.
